The transition to this platform is now finished, with the refund process, which was earlier suspended, being resumed. The new system is fully integrated with e-filing and case management systems. It makes payment receipts accessible via SMS acknowledgments and other platforms.

Deposit holders will need to update their bank details. They will get a link on their mobile phones during the refund process. The Judiciary is committed to swiftly completing all outstanding refunds, forfeitures, and utilizations. They have apologized for any inconvenience caused during the launch.

They also encouraged stakeholders to reach out for inquiries via provided email addresses. The new system is designed to streamline financial transactions and improve overall operational efficiency within the Judiciary.

The Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, Winfridah Boyani Mokaya, emphasized the importance of the new platform. It enhances the payment processes. She also highlighted its role in managing court transactions effectively.

This platform’s integration with e-filing and case management systems ensures a seamless experience for users. Payment receipts are now accessible through SMS acknowledgments. Stakeholders are urged to contact the Judiciary department for any queries or concerns about the new financial payment system.
