KINDIKI Slams GACHAGUA’s Political Exploitation of Deputy Preside

KINDIKI criticizes GACHAGUA for prioritizing political gain over serving Kenyans.

Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki has condemned his predecessor Rigathi Gachagua for leveraging his office for political purposes rather than serving the Kenyan people.

During an event on Friday at his Karen office, attended by 1,500 residents from Embu County, Kindiki remarked that Gachagua, who faced impeachment, chose to utilize the Deputy President’s esteemed office for political advantage, rendering his position unsustainable.

“My predecessor opted to exploit the esteemed office of the Deputy President for political ends. That has been his approach, and we extend our best wishes to him, which is why it was not sustainable for him to continue in that role,” Kindiki commented.

In contrast to his predecessor, Kindiki pledged to prioritize the country’s development objectives, particularly in infrastructure, youth empowerment, and economic growth, over political ambitions.

“My focus is to assist the President in uniting the nation, fostering development across all regions, and improving the economic well-being of all Kenyans through effective implementation of key economic initiatives,” Kindiki asserted
