Prof., a political scientist who is rapidly disappearing Mutahi Ngunyi has shared his thoughts on the political scene on wednesday, when President William Ruto added senior members of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) to his cabinet.
Ruto designated ODM director John Mbadi as Depository bureau secretary, Hassan Joho as Mining CS, Wycliffe Oparanya as Cooperatives and MSMEs CS, and Opiyo Wandayi as Energy and Petrol CS.

Responding to the consideration of ODM individuals in the bureau, Mutahi said Kikuyus are presently political vagrants.
