A 30-year-old man from Kilifi has died after choking on his saliva while being intimate with his girlfriend.

A 30 year old man from Kilifi lost his life during a moment of intimacy with his girlfriend.

According to reports, the tragic incident occurred after Bernard Omayo, chocked in his own saliva.

Cecilia Chepkirui reported to Kilifi Police Station that her boyfriend had visited her rented residence.While engaging in foreplay, Omayo reportedly choked on his saliva and collapsed.

Cecilia Chepkirui sought immediate assistance from her neighbours and rushed Omayo to Kilifi County Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Officers visited the scene and documented it accordingly and transferred the body to Kilifi County Hospital Morgue pending autopsy.

The case is under investigation by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Kilifi North, as they work to unravel the circumstances surrounding the sudden death.
