Firstly, the company has implemented a calculation method that has been robbing us of our hard-earned salary.
Secondly, we are now subjected to forced TIMAM parades that yield no benefits. Night guards are particularly affected as they have to attend these parades after their shifts, walking long distances to participate for two or more hours. They also have to wait for over two hours for their day shift colleagues during these parades. Unfortunately, no one addresses or compensates for this time.
Thirdly, the Nairobi region has introduced a Mandatory Monthly Operation Test (MMOT), which has become a nuisance. They have even formed their own KNEC (Kenya National Examinations Council) at the office. We want to know what kind of syllabus G4S is offering, where the classes are held, and what awards or promotions are available upon merit. Despite officers taking these tests, no promotions or rewards have been given. Instead, those who oppose these practices face intimidation and severe punishment.
Am Samuel kweyu an internal security in one of the company working together with farm(G4S) this is very true what I can say the Management treat this guy’s very poorly, they have to attend the class, parades and more punishment on them,There salary have been reduced with 4k to cater classes and you get a person with 55yrs ready to retire schooling, what is he/she schooling the he needs to retire?
