In response to the insecurity in the North Rift region, the government is focusing on education. They see it as a long-term solution for peace and economic growth.
Efforts include constructing new schools, providing adequate facilities, and learning materials to students. Interior CS Kithure Kindiki emphasized that education is crucial for breaking the cycle of insecurity.
It offers economic progress and reduces conflicts. Legislators and County governments are also engaged in helping students develop skills to solve unrest and explore career opportunities.
