In a shocking disclosure, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has revealed that he has penned a confidential letter to his community, offering strategic political guidance in the event of his sudden demise.
Speaking during an explosive interview on Kameme FM on Monday, Gachagua claimed the letter, safeguarded by his lawyers, contains critical directives on leadership and political survival.
“I won’t pretend I’m invincible. This government has already sent assassins after me in Limuru,” he alleged. “If they had succeeded, who would have guided my people?”

Gachagua painted a grim picture of his safety, referencing an alleged government-backed disruption at a funeral he attended in Limuru. He stated that his political blueprint will be made public if anything happens to him.
“As a realist, I’ve taken necessary precautions. My letter holds clear instructions for my people, ensuring they stay on course even if I’m taken out,” he declared.
He explained that the letter provides a political survival manual, detailing how his community should navigate future challenges.
“I see the signs. Anything can happen. If they eliminate me, my people must know exactly what to do next,” he warned.
Gachagua insisted that his ultimate mission is to cement a lasting political structure for his community.
“If my people stand with me, I will create a foolproof succession plan and establish a formidable party that will protect our interests for the next 50 years,” he stated. “I don’t need to lead it—but if I secure a strong foundation and capable leaders, my work will be done.”
With his ominous statements sparking intense debate, Gachagua’s claims have left the nation wondering: Is he truly in danger, or is this the beginning of a high-stakes political power play?
