Woman Faces Threats After Being Rammed by DP Kindiki’s Vehicle

Impunity: Woman Ordered to Repair DP Kithure Kindiki’s Official Car After Being Rammed By Rogue Driver; Faces Threats

A government vehicle linked to Deputy President Kithure Kindiki collided with a female motorist’s car along Ngong Road, resulting in her arrest despite the driver of the luxury government vehicle being at fault.

Lawyer Soyinka Lempaa reported that state agents from the State House transport department are intimidating the woman following her arrest, pressuring her to cover the repair costs for the high-end vehicle.

The traffic officer handling the incident has declined to charge the woman due to her innocence.

“The woman cannot find peace as the State House transport department is constantly pursuing her. They plan to arraign her in court on 07/02/25 to coerce a confession,” stated the lawyer.

Lempaa has committed to representing the woman in court to ensure she receives Justice.
