OPULENCE UNLEASHED: RUTO’s Ally DIDMUS BARASA Shows Off His Chopper and Luxurious Home – Spent Ksh120 Million on the Helicopter
Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa is one of the Kenyan politicians who has acquired a helicopter. A close associate of President Ruto, Barasa purchased the chopper from Hammock Helicopter, a Malaysian company. The helicopter costs 760,000 US dollars (approximately Ksh 120 million).
Last year, social media commentator Francis Gaitho questioned the source of Barasa’s funds for the purchase, suggesting possible misuse of CDF resources.
“Ain’t no way this can be real. An MP buying a chopper? The CDF coffers must be depleted from such an acquisition,” he tweeted.
Additionally, Barasa has built an extravagant home in his rural area, complete with a landing zone for the helicopter.
