Ruto Strikes Multi-Billion Deal with China for Mega Foreign Affairs Complex!

President William Ruto is reportedly sealing a jaw-dropping, multi-billion-dollar deal with China for the construction of a state-of-the-art Foreign Affairs super-complex in Nairobi!

Inside sources confirm that the agreement will be officially inked during Ruto’s high-stakes visit to Beijing, where he is set to hold closed-door talks with none other than Chinese President Xi Jinping himself.

While the full price tag of the megaproject is still under wraps, Business Insider Africa reports that the futuristic facility could cost several billion dollars! The deal marks a massive shift in diplomatic and infrastructure ambitions under Ruto’s leadership.

This shocking development is part of China’s aggressive push to cement its influence in East Africa—especially in Kenya, which is viewed as a gateway to the region’s economic powerhouses.

During his five-day mission in China, Ruto is expected to sign multiple major agreements that could reshape Kenya’s economic and diplomatic landscape.

Foreign Affairs PS Korir Sing’Oei, speaking from Beijing, revealed that a feasibility study is already underway. “We’re still discussing key aspects of the project before we officially break ground,” he said in a statement to Chinese press.

The exact location of the massive new facility is still a mystery, but what’s clear is that it will replace the cramped current headquarters on Harambee Avenue with a vast, modern complex designed to reflect Kenya’s rising global status.

President Ruto jetted off to Beijing on Monday, April 21, in what is being described as a game-changing visit. State House spokesperson Hussein Mohamed confirmed that Ruto’s schedule includes a crucial sit-down with Xi Jinping to push forward Kenya’s agenda of transformation, growth, and deeper international cooperation.

And that’s not all—Ruto will also headline the Kenya-China Business Forum, where over 100 companies from both countries will explore revolutionary opportunities in digital innovation, industrial growth, and trade expansion.

With bold moves like this, Kenya is clearly playing a high-stakes game on the global stage—and all eyes are on Beijing as history unfolds.
