International Manhunt Triggered as 14 Osotsi Attackers Vanish

The investigation into the violent ambush of Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi has turned into a cross-border security scandal. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen announced that 14 primary suspects have escaped from the country, which started an urgent global search operation.

The “twisted” reality of this development reveals a terrifying level of logistical coordination. The state expected to execute an immediate national crackdown after the April 8 attack in Kisumu, but now it appears the “goon squad” used an operational plan that enabled them to leave the area without being detected by national security systems.

The senator was attacked by a 17-man gang that surrounded him at a Kisumu eatery, but only three members named Eric Otieno, Vincent Odhiambo, and Carlos Owiti stayed to answer the robbery with violence charges.

Murkomen’s admission to the National Assembly suggests a “security breach” of unprecedented proportions. The ability of twelve and a half people to conduct controlled international movements immediately after a high-profile political assassination indicates the existence of a “Shadow Network” that supports their operations.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) must depend on Interpol and overseas regional partners to recover a case that has progressed from local police jurisdiction to international judicial proceedings.

“The rest of the suspects ran out of the country,” Murkomen stated, confirming that the DCI is now chasing ghosts across foreign soil. The admission has made legislators furious because they want to know how attackers who occupied an entire platoon could cross border security points while becoming the most wanted criminals in the nation.
