Youths’ group asks Ruto to present Kenyans with a fresh list of Cabinet nominees.

Social justice movement Bunge la Mwananchi now wants President William Ruto to discard the names he nominated for Cabinet positions on Friday and give Kenyans another list.

Now, the social justice movement Bunge la Mwananchi wants President William Ruto to give Kenyans another list instead of the names he proposed for Cabinet positions on Friday.

The group stated that they understood the President’s position but were curious about how the nominations demonstrated his sincere good faith and concern for the youth’s concerns.

Calvince Okoth, better known as Gaucho, a political activist, stated, “We demand that President Ruto does away with the nomination he has done and do a fresh one that reflects the face of the nation.”

In addition, Gaucho insisted at a press conference in Nairobi that Kenyans arrested during protests must be released before any dialogue to address the country’s crisis can begin.

In addition, Bunge la Mwananchi stated that the government must pay the hospital bills and compensate those who were injured. Gaucho added, “Also, police officers who were involved in harming and killing protesters must be arrested and prosecuted right away.”

He stated that Bunge la Mwananchi is in favor of the ongoing discussion that is promoted by Millennials and Generation Z.

“Theirs is a noble goal, requesting for law and order, freedom from a manipulated economy, slanted political situation contaminated by tribalism, parochial interests and unholy collection of abundance to the detriment of the majority,” he expressed.

Gaucho said Bunge la Mwananchi connects with the worries of individuals, including the imploded medical care framework, a faltering school system and an unsatisfactorily significant expense of living.

“We earnestly embrace the fomentation for reasonableness, law and order, constitutionalism and civil rights,” he added.Gaucho asked the young to safeguard the respectability of the country.

“We fully support Raila Odinga’s cause and statement,” the head of the opposition said. He elaborated, “Dialogue is the way out of the current crisis, as he stated this morning, but it must be based on good faith.”

Bunge la Mwananchi further interest that kidnappings and other hostile and unlawful strategies utilized by police be halted forthwith.
