This is excessive! MOSES KURIA surprises RUTO by urging civil societies to protest -take a look!

President William Ruto’s Senior Economic Advisor, Moses Kuria, has adopted a distinct position on the ongoing kidnappings of Kenyans by individuals believed to be security agents,

This follows his call for Kenyans to endorse a two-in-one petition.

On one side, Kuria aimed for the petition to halt unlawful abductions.

Conversely, Kuria sought action on the proper use of freedoms, especially on social media.

“Now more than ever, civil society must spearhead a two-in-one public petition to stop unlawful abductions and promote responsible freedom usage,” he stated.

Kuria indicated his goal of obtaining 10 million signatures but urged Kenyans to approach the two-in-one petition thoughtfully.

The former lawmaker’s remarks came shortly after the police, via Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja, denied any connection to the alleged kidnappings of notable social media figures recently.

The IG noted that police arrests are always documented in the Occurrence Book for later court proceedings, and if they are not, the suspects should be released from custody.

Kuria’s appeal for Kenyans to adopt a multifaceted view in the petition may have been influenced by a recent worrying trend involving several AI-generated images of President William Ruto in compromising situations.

Following the viral spread of these images, allegations surfaced concerning the abductions of several prominent social media users, particularly on X, accompanied by videos and family testimonies supporting the claims.
