The government aims to prevent unlicensed individuals from engaging in recruitment activities. It also seeks to make sure that the program benefits the targeted individuals without corruption.

The labor deal signed between Kenya and Germany includes provisions for easing immigration laws. These laws will allow Kenyans to work in the country.

Additionally, temporary residence permits be extended for Kenyan workers with approved jobs. Long-term visas will be issued for studying or vocational training in Germany.

The agreement aims to create controlled and targeted labor migration opportunities for Kenyan workers in Europe’s largest economy.
