Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi has announced his commitment. He plans to rally the entire Luo community in support of President William Ruto’s re-election in 2027. “Ni jukumu letu sisi sote tulinde serikali isimame. Pia, tuunge mkono Mheshimiwa Rais Ruto aendelee kuongoza nchi hata baada ya next (2027) elections,” Wandayi expressed. He highlighted the unity among the Luo community.
This unity is particularly clear in Siaya. He stated, “Kule kwetu Siaya tukiamua, tumeamua na tumeamua tunashikana na Rais William Ruto.”
