NRG Radio Presenter Quits After 6 Years.

Shaquille O’Neill Oduk popularly known as Shaq the Yungin has announced his exit from NRG Radio after 6 years.

In a statement on social media on Tuesday, May 28, Shaq bid farewell to his colleagues and management at the station.

The radio presenter noted he was looking forward to the next step in his career and hoped for new opportunities.“After 6 years working at NRG Radio, I hereby announce my resignation from the company. I am grateful for the opportunity given to me by the management.

I bid farewell to my colleagues, management, and most importantly to the fans that have tuned in every day for the last 6 years while I was on air,” said Shaq.

He added, “As I look forward to the next step in my career, I hope and pray for new opportunities that will come my way and ask for your support.

Thank You again to all the listeners and clients who have trusted and believed in me over the years.”Shaq further hinted that he was preparing for a new opportunity but did not reveal what it was.”Don’t guess where I’m going, I am the only one that knows. See you in a bit, we outside,” the radio presenter remarked.

Shaq’s exit from NRG comes barely two months after Mwalimu Rachel and DJ Xclusive parted ways with the Westlands-based station and joined the Radio Africa Group.
