MP Nelson Koech Exposes Shocking Allegations of Fake Abductions and Disco Revelations!

Belgut MP Nelson Koech has cast doubt on claims made by cartoonist Kibet Bull, questioning how someone allegedly abducted for 15 days could attend a disco immediately after being released.

Speaking during a live interview on Tuesday, January 7, 2024, Koech dismissed Kibet’s account, which stated that he was freed in Luanda, Vihiga County, and later went to a disco.

“Kibet Bull’s story doesn’t add up. How can someone just freed after such an ordeal go to a disco looking clean and comfortable? It raises serious questions about the authenticity of these claims,” Koech remarked. He also hinted that some politicians might be fabricating abductions to fuel public outrage against the government.

“How is it possible for someone to have money for drinks and dancing after being held for 15 days? It seems there’s more to this narrative than meets the eye,” the MP added, expressing skepticism about Kibet’s ordeal.

Kibet Bull had earlier posted on his X account that he was dropped off in Luanda at around 3–4 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025. He explained that he wandered in search of accommodation for his safety, as he didn’t know anyone in the area.

This incident follows Mathira MP Eric Wamumbi’s call for the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to investigate alleged staged abductions linked to Olive Gardens Hotel. Wamumbi claimed in a letter to DCI Director Mohamed Amin that the venue is being used to orchestrate fake abductions under the direction of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

“There is information indicating that meetings are being held where youths are instructed to simulate abductions, allegedly directed by Gachagua himself,” Wamumbi alleged, urging authorities to intervene.
