MO SALAH Surpasses THIERRY HENRY in Premier League All-Time Goalscorers
Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has ascended to seventh place in the Premier League’s all-time goalscoring rankings.
He scored in the 35th minute during Liverpool’s 4-1 victory over Ipswich Town at Anfield on January 25.
The 32-year-old has displayed exceptional form this season under manager Arne Slot, achieving his 176th goal in the league, surpassing Thierry Henry’s tally of 175 and trailing behind Chelsea icon Frank Lampard, who has 177.
Salah is currently two goals ahead of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak in the Golden Boot race, and he has also provided 13 assists.
Liverpool’s triumph against Ipswich helps them maintain a six-point advantage over second-placed Arsenal at the Premier League summit.
With this goal, Salah has become the second-highest-scoring foreign player in the competition’s history, just behind Sergio Agüero (184).
Alan Shearer remains the Premier League’s all-time leading scorer with 260 goals.
